As a senior engineer, you will work closely with founders and product teams to design and implement scalable full-stack solutions that enhance the student experience and empower universities. You’ll lead upgrades to core architecture while mentoring engineers and raising the team’s technical excellence. Collaborate with founders and product managers to align engineering priorities with product goals.. . Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions for enterprise-grade applications.. . Develop and maintain clean, efficient APIs to manage complex data and business logic.. . Optimize database schemas and queries to efficiently handle large datasets.. . Introduce abstractions to improve system performance and reliability.. . Mentor junior engineers to elevate team engineering practices and code quality.. . Establish robust testing strategies and implement comprehensive test suites.. . . 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience at scale.. .
