Source and engage with qualified candidates for a diverse range of job openings. . Conduct initial screenings and interviews in Norwegian and English. . Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients. . Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their recruitment needs. . Keep candidate records organized and updated in our tracking systems. . Support all stages of the recruitment process to deliver a top-notch experience. . Bring creative ideas to the table for improving our recruitment strategies. . . Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential for this role. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. . Self-motivated individuals who thrive in independent and team settings will excel. .
