Offer outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for IT support inquiries. . Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through problem resolution. . Assist clients with product usage, installation, and software updates. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues effectively. . Gather customer feedback to continually improve service and product quality. . Stay updated on the latest trends in IT support and technology advancements. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Strong customer service orientation and technical problem-solving abilities. . Experience in customer service, particularly in IT or technical support, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple inquiries concurrently in a fast-paced environment. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. .
