We are currently looking for a Director, Digital Earned Media in the United States.. We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director to lead our Digital Earned Media initiatives. This role involves shaping social media strategy, driving influencer and content campaigns, and overseeing high-performing teams to deliver measurable engagement and brand impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, excels in multi-platform social media management, and has a track record of executing campaigns that generate attention and results. This is a temporary, remote role with priority given to candidates in the Eastern time zone, offering the opportunity to influence cutting-edge digital campaigns across diverse client verticals.. . Accountabilities. ·         Develop and manage dynamic brand voices and social initiatives across multiple platforms.. ·         Lead performance-driven influencer campaigns, collaborating with creative teams on content ideation.. ·         Create and execute award-winning, innovative social media campaigns that enhance client visibility.. ·         Maintain relationships with key social media influencers and monitor industry trends for strategic insights.. ·         Collaborate across social, creative, data, and strategy teams from brief to execution and reporting.. ·         Oversee paid social strategies, provide analytics insights, and present recommendations to clients.. ·         Lead client meetings and act as a strategic thought partner for digital campaigns.. ·         Mentor and support team members, develop best practices, and participate in cross-departmental brainstorming.. ·         Contribute to new business proposals, presentations, and identify growth opportunities across agency verticals.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).. ·         5+ years directing social media campaigns with proven engagement growth.. ·         Demonstrated experience managing brand feeds, social media engagement, and executing campaigns.. ·         Proficiency with social media platforms, tools, and analytics; Sprinklr experience preferred.. ·         Experience using Canva, AI editing tools, and office suites (MS and Apple).. ·         Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with attention to detail.. ·         Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to contribute to proposals and business pitches.. ·         Comfortable traveling occasionally for events and campaigns.. ·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment..
