Coordinate content from team members and external creators. . Collect newsworthy topics and build weekly content calendars. . Track reach, ER, CTR and optimize strategies based on results. . . 1+ year of experience running LinkedIn campaigns for B2B audiences. . Proven experience working with founders/brands and building personal brands. . Strong ghostwriting skills and ability to adapt to different styles. . Understanding of promotion goals (authority, traffic, virality). . Analytical mindset and ability to work with metrics English C1+. . Nice to have. . Russian C1+. .
