Provide onboarding assistance and training for German-speaking clients on our video streaming platform.. . Respond to client inquiries and efficiently resolve issues in German.. . Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.. . Collaborate with internal teams to pass on client feedback and contribute to service improvements.. . Stay updated on video streaming trends to offer clients the best insights and recommendations.. . Document all client interactions and contribute to the creation of helpful resources.. . Proactively enhance client satisfaction through dedicated support.. . . Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.. .
