As a Nordic Speaking Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing them with expert assistance. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our Nordic-speaking clientele.. Key Responsibilities. . Interact with Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing outstanding support and solutions.. . Handle customer inquiries and offer detailed information about products and services.. . Accurately document all customer communications and feedback within the CRM system.. . Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve customer issues efficiently.. . Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of products and service techniques.. . Provide constructive feedback to help improve internal processes.. . . Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.. .
