You’ll manage the full contents claims lifecycle—investigating, estimating, negotiating, and resolving high-value property losses with empathy and precision. Working remotely with cutting-edge tools, you'll collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate assessments and timely resolutions. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, and strong communication, all within a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.. . Accountabilities:. . Handle end-to-end contents claims, including investigation, coverage analysis, documentation, and virtual inspections.. . Leverage technology and pricing software to evaluate contents accurately.. . Collaborate with internal Large Loss teams and external vendors for inspections, pack-outs, and restorations.. . Apply insurance contract knowledge and regulatory expertise in day-to-day claim resolutions.. . Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with estimating and customer service standards.. . Identify subrogation opportunities and investigate potential fraud.. . Proactively communicate with insureds, claimants, and agents, ensuring transparency and support.. . Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on processes and tools.. . . 5+ years of property claims experience, including contents claim handling and large loss cases ($100k+).. . Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.. . Proficiency in Xactimate, CoreLogic (Symbility), or similar estimating platforms.. . Must be eligible to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses in multiple states.. . Exceptional written/verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.. . Technically adept and comfortable with virtual inspection tools and remote collaboration.. . Ability to adapt quickly to change in a growing and fast-paced environment.. .
