Responsibilities:. . Strategic Hiring: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.. . Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.. . Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain networks of passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.. . Employer Branding: Help shape and promote our EVP through various channels.. . Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends and best practices.. . . 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or corporate).. .
