Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.. . Collaborate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely service.. . Stay informed about new products and services to assist customers effectively.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. . Experience in customer service, ideally in the grocery or food delivery sector, is preferred.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.. .
