Accountabilities:. · Develop and maintain AWS-based database infrastructure, write efficient SQL queries, and perform routine database administration tasks.. · Design dashboards and data visualizations to support project reporting and analysis.. · Work with web APIs, process XML/JSON data, apply XSLT transformations, and use Python-based libraries to generate structured reports, including PDFs.. · Contribute to the development and maintenance of XSD schemas to ensure data integrity and consistency.. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including non-technical stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.. · Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve software quality and efficiency.. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.. · 3+ years of professional software programming experience.. · 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries, maintaining databases in cloud environments (preferably AWS), and developing or integrating RESTful web APIs.. · Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language, ideally Python.. · Familiarity with programming fundamentals: variables, loops, functions, data structures, and algorithms.. · Basic understanding or interest in building science, energy codes, and energy code compliance workflows.. · Comfortable with scripting and task automation using Python or similar languages.. · Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to learn new technologies on the job.. · Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical team members..
