Paid Social Specialist. Job Type: Full-Time. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-hour break. Salary: $1,200 per month. Job Overview: . We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Social Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of paid social strategies, with a primary focus on Meta platforms. You will play an integral part in building and managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, contributing creative ideas, and optimizing accounts for maximum impact. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team, gaining hands-on training and exposure to large-scale advertising campaigns while ensuring all efforts align with client objectives and performance goals.. Key Responsibilities:. . Build, execute, and manage paid social campaigns on Meta and (bonus TikTok) ad platforms. . Analyze and report on key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, and other revenue related metrics) to track campaign performance and identify areas for optimization. . Assist with data inputs and own reporting for a group of clients. . Project manage creative workflows - from briefs to execution and launching new ads. . Assist in performance focus ad account operations - including optimizing budgets, and launching ads & campaigns. . Stay up-to-date with Meta ad platform updates and best practices. . Assist in creative testing and provide insights based on results in real time. . Work closely with the team to ensure campaigns align with client goals and expectations. . Qualifications:. . 1–2 years of proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts; TikTok experience is a plus. . Solid understanding of key performance metrics and their impact on campaign outcomes. . Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, or Google Data Studio. . Hands-on experience with campaign optimization strategies and performance-based ad tactics. . Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across project management, creative, and media buying workflows. . Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. . Experience working with eCommerce brands or within an agency environment (both is a plus). . Familiarity with ad creative and AI tools such as Canva, ChatGPT/Claude, or CapCut. . Understanding of attribution models, incrementality, and tracking systems (Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.). . Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer..
