In this role, you will assist students, parents, and educational institutions in navigating their e-learning platforms and services, all while communicating fluently in French.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries related to e-learning services, course registration, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in French.. . Provide guidance on navigating the e-learning platform, including troubleshooting and account management.. . Assist customers with course-related questions, materials, and assessments.. . Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.. . Collaborate with educational teams to enhance user experience and address academic inquiries.. . Stay informed about updates in the education sector and e-learning trends to offer valuable insights to customers.. . . Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in education or e-learning.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse clientele.. . Excellent problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach to service.. . Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.. . Familiarity with e-learning platforms and educational technologies is desirable.. .
