In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of enterprise-scale data solutions, driving innovation and setting the technical vision for advanced cloud-based data platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust pipelines, mentor engineering teams, and ensure best practices in data governance and performance optimization. Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.. . Architect, design, and implement scalable data pipelines and processing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.. . Establish data engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.. . Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable data solutions aligned with business needs.. . Drive the technical roadmap for data infrastructure and platforms.. . Optimize workflows for reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.. . Provide leadership in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and code reviews.. . Support pre-sales engagements with technical solutioning and proposal development.. . Create reusable frameworks to accelerate delivery and maintain documentation.. . Contribute to thought leadership and maintain relevant cloud certifications.. . . Minimum 10 years of experience in data engineering, with 2+ years in leadership or engineering management.. . Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with experience writing production-grade, scalable code.. . Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Databricks, Delta Lake, and lakehouse architectures.. . Deep knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, schemas, governance, and performance optimization.. . Familiarity with real-time streaming (Kafka, Kinesis) and orchestration tools.. . Proven track record of designing enterprise-grade data solutions and integrating pipelines with analytics layers.. .
