Manage cold email sequences, optimising for engagement . . Track, analyse and improve response and open rates . . Lead Qualification. . Initiate conversations with potential leads . . Assess interest and fit for the organisation’s services . . Hand off qualified leads to the sales team with complete documentation . . Keep all communications well-logged in the CRM system . . Reporting & Analytics. . Monitor outreach campaign metrics and performance . . Prepare weekly progress reports . . Maintain up-to-date CRM records and activity logs . . . Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B outreach or lead generation . . Proficient in . HubSpot CRM. , . LinkedIn Sales Navigator. , and . Apollo.io. (or similar tools) . .
