Client Onboarding & Implementation Analyst at Staff4Me. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented . Client Onboarding & Support Specialist . to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and providing ongoing support throughout the duration of their contract.. Key Responsibilities. • Master the Platform (Develop a working knowledge of the Performance Scoring). application and its white-labeled versions.. • . Client Onboarding. o Gather initial client information. o Set up new accounts. o Schedule and deliver training sessions. o Provide initial troubleshooting and guidance. • . Client Support. o Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and help ticket submissions. o Offer timely and effective solutions to client issues. Work Schedule Options. 7 AM – 5PM CST. 10AM – 8PM CST. 1+ year of experience minimum in client support in . technology industry. Proficient in platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Smartsheet. Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook). English fluency required. Background in software development is a plus. Company Location: Philippines.
