Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients in the Government & Public Sector.. . Assist clients with inquiries and provide information regarding government services and programs.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.. . Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.. . Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.. . Participate in training sessions to stay updated on relevant policies and procedures.. . Contribute to the development of service improvement initiatives based on client feedback.. . . Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken.. . Previous experience in customer service or a related field.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. .
