Job Summary. We are hiring a Sales Development Representative with experience in HVAC, home services, or construction-related sales. This is a remote SDR role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking appointments for the sales team.. You will play a key role in generating pipeline by reaching out to homeowners, property managers, and business clients, positioning HVAC solutions, and setting high-quality meetings.. Key Responsibilities. Conduct outbound calls, SMS, and email outreach to generate new business opportunities . Identify and qualify leads for HVAC installations, maintenance contracts, and service agreements . Book appointments and consultations for field sales reps or technicians . Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects in CRM systems . Follow up with inbound inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel . Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in CRM tools . Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation campaigns . Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, appointments set, conversions). 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Enterprise SDR, or B2B outbound sales . Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or property services is highly preferred . Proven track record in outbound calling and appointment setting . Strong communication and objection-handling skills . Comfortable working US business hours . Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan is a plus) . Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment. Company Location: Ethiopia.
