We are looking for a Senior Manager, Tax Strategy & Operations to join our growing tax team. This highly visible role will partner closely with our Tax Director and Finance leadership to drive global tax strategy, manage complex cross-functional projects, and enhance operational efficiency as we scale and prepare for future growth initiatives.. This is a remote U.S. role, with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone.. What you will do: . . Partner with the Tax Director on tax strategy initiatives, including M&A, corporate restructuring, and global entity planning.. . Manage cross-functional tax projects, collaborating with Finance, Legal, People, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution.. . Lead tax forecasting and modeling, partnering with FP&A to support strategic decision-making.. . Oversee tax data integrity across equity, payroll, and financial systems, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.. . Support transfer pricing documentation and implementation, working with external advisors and internal teams.. . Review contracts and intercompany agreements for tax implications and alignment with business objectives.. . Identify and execute process improvements and automation to scale tax operations efficiently.. . We would love to have you on our team if you have:. . 8+ years of experience.. . Strong knowledge of corporate tax structures, M&A, global entity planning, and transfer pricing fundamentals.. . Ability to build and interpret cash tax and ETR forecasts; experience partnering with FP&A.. . Proven experience leading large, complex tax projects across Finance, Legal, People, and Operations teams.. . Ability to see the big picture while translating tax implications into actionable business decisions.. .
