We are seeking a seasoned and strategic sales leader to drive growth, client success, and business transformation across APAC. This role demands a strong mix of consultative selling, client engagement, delivery oversight, and team leadership—ultimately responsible for revenue, margin, and long-term strategic expansion across assigned accounts.. Key Responsibilities:. . Translate account strategy into actionable plans and provide leadership to ensure business objectives are met. . . Own revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts. . . Manage end-to-end business proposals, including RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and the execution of MSAs and SOWs. . . Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders across business and technology teams. . . Conduct account mapping, customer advocacy, and quarterly strategic reviews with clients. . . Publish and track monthly business forecasts; create contingency plans for revenue gaps. . . Drive operational efficiency—manage billing accuracy, utilization, and resource fulfillment. . . Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term client partnerships. . . Recruit, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team; create robust succession and development plans. . . Provide technical direction aligned with customer business goals and performance needs. . . Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. . . . Technical Fluency:.
