Working hours: . 1pm - 9.30pm PH time . This is a one year contract . Responsibilities. . Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts. . Support in year-end audits for all entities across the group, liaising with auditors as required.. . Support month end accounts receivable process including the generation and issuance of sales invoices. . . Prepare daily cash flow projections and monitor bank balances.. . Conduct daily reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. . Provide support for the company’s travel booking system and ensure compliance with internal policies.. . Process and monitor corporate expense claims in a timely and accurate manner. . Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring accurate financial records.. . Support budget process and provide detailed analysis.. . Assist with the preparation and submission of government returns (e.g., VAT) and Intrastat reports as required.. . Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies.. . Provide ad-hoc financial and administrative support to the finance team.. . Support on finance-related projects as required.. . . Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role.. . Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.. . Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using accounting software.. . Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.. . Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.. . Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.. . Experience with SAP Hana an advantage. . Company Location: Philippines.
