We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Account Manager to manage relationships with key partners and drive revenue growth through channel sales strategies. You’ll work closely with national partners like SHI, supporting enablement, co-marketing initiatives, and contract execution. In this role, you'll have a direct impact on regional growth by developing joint sales plans, resolving partner issues, and aligning efforts with internal commercial sales teams. Build and manage strong partnerships with key resellers and channel partners, especially SHI, to drive pipeline and revenue growth.. . Lead partner enablement initiatives, including product training, joint selling efforts, and sales resource development.. . Collaborate with internal commercial sales teams to develop shared go-to-market strategies and account-based plans.. . Partner with marketing to execute co-branded campaigns and events that support lead generation and brand awareness.. . Track and report on partner performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.. . Handle contract negotiations and ensure partner agreements align with company policies and strategic goals.. . Resolve partner issues swiftly and professionally, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and engagement.. . Travel up to 30% within the Austin, TX area to foster strong in-person relationships when needed.. . . Minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel account management or partner sales.. . Proven success managing national channel partners, with direct experience working with or for SHI.. . Familiarity with the cybersecurity sector and experience selling related services such as penetration testing or consulting.. . Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.. . Strong negotiation and analytical abilities; capable of using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.. .
