Assist Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries about home appliances. . Provide detailed product information, troubleshooting tips, and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. . Document customer interactions accurately in our support system. . Collaborate with technical teams to resolve product-related issues. . Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service quality. . Stay informed about product knowledge and updates in the home appliance sector. . Participate in training sessions to enhance your skillset and knowledge. . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Icelandic or Swedish) as well as English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the retail or home appliances industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Customer-centric attitude with a strong desire to help others. Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece if not currently residing there. Company Location: Greece.
