Lead and mentor engineering teams to consistently deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative software solutions.. . Define technical strategy and roadmap for cyber risk quantification products, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer value.. . Partner with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to develop best-in-class solutions and bring them to market.. . Drive technical excellence, including software governance, agile practices, and high-throughput system design.. . Build and grow a motivated, skilled engineering team through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative culture.. . Break down complex technical challenges into actionable solutions that deliver value incrementally and in aggregate.. . Influence organizational engineering culture and long-term strategy while balancing short-term execution needs.. . . . 7+ years of engineering leadership experience, preferably in high-growth, complex product environments.. . 10+ years of professional experience with major programming languages, including .NET, and front-end technologies such as React or Angular.. . Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and technologies (e.g., encryption, authentication, network security).. . Proven ability to set vision, unlock team potential, and drive execution with accountability and high-quality outcomes.. .
