Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.. . Assist customers with order processes, product information, and account inquiries while ensuring satisfaction.. . Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, maintaining thorough records for effective follow-up.. . Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and implement improvements based on customer feedback.. .
