Assist clients with order inquiries, product information, and platform navigation. . Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system. . Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the user experience. . Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. . Stay updated on platform features and best practices to assist clients effectively. . Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and skills. . A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter..
