We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Photo Editor with proven experience editing event photography such as weddings, engagements, birthdays, and other lifestyle events. This role requires someone who understands the emotional storytelling of events, maintains consistent visual standards, and can deliver high-quality edits within tight turnaround times.. You will work closely with photographers and the creative team to ensure every image reflects our brand style and meets client expectations across Australia and New Zealand.. RESPONSIBILITIES:. Edit and retouch high-volume event photos while maintaining consistency in style and quality. Perform color correction, exposure balancing, white balance adjustment, and tone matching. Retouch portraits (skin smoothing, blemish removal, teeth/eye enhancement) while keeping a natural look. Cull and select best images from event shoots based on storytelling, emotion, and composition. Apply preset styles and make manual adjustments where needed. Ensure all deliverables meet agreed turnaround times, especially for time-sensitive events. Organize and manage photo files efficiently using proper naming conventions and folders. Follow brand and client-specific editing guidelines. Communicate clearly with photographers or project coordinators regarding revisions and feedback. Must-Have Requirements. Candidates must meet all of the following:. Experience. Minimum 2–3 years of professional photo editing experience, with a strong focus on events. Proven experience editing weddings, engagements, birthdays, and lifestyle events.
