Create and schedule daily posts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram) to engage our community and promote CoinPort.  . Paid Advertising.  Assist in booking and optimising digital ads (Google, Facebook, crypto networks).  . Help Desk Support.  Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and social media.  . Software Testing. Participate in user testing for platform updates, reporting bugs, and suggesting improvements.  . Market . Research. Stay updated on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.  . General Operations. Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.  . Required Skills and Qualifications:. . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.  . . 1+ years of experience in cryptocurrency/blockchain (exchange, trading, or DeFi familiarity preferred).  . . Strong written English for customer communication and social media.  . . Basic understanding of digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).  . . Tech proficiency (CRM tools, social media schedulers, basic troubleshooting).  . . Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.  . . Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn.  . .
