In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for engineering, product, and data teams—directly influencing how high-performing, diverse technical teams are built. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, shape sourcing strategies, and help scale recruitment operations in a mission-driven, dynamic environment. Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Data teams.. . Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.. . Leverage outbound tools, referrals, events, and networking to proactively identify and engage top-tier talent.. . Build and nurture sustainable talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.. . Represent the company at recruiting events and industry meetups to strengthen brand visibility.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to continuously refine employer branding and candidate experience.. . Track recruiting metrics to improve conversion rates, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.. . Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruiting efforts.. . . . 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.. . At least 2 years of experience hiring for engineering, product, and data roles, with strong domain understanding.. . Proven sourcing skills with a strong track record of converting passive candidates in competitive markets.. . Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive strategic workforce planning.. . Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.. . Clear and empathetic communicator who can engage technical and non-technical audiences alike.. . Experience in healthtech or healthcare recruiting is a plus.. .
