We are currently looking for a Portfolio Sales Account Manager in the United States.. You'll collaborate across departments to drive adoption of SaaS and embedded payment products, all while enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and develop new SaaS sales opportunities and lead proactive account management for legacy business units.. . Drive cross-selling of payment solutions, insurance, marketing, and other platform services to existing clients.. . Serve as a key advisor to clients on payment platforms and escalate feedback to internal product teams.. . Analyze client data to recommend optimized Fullsteam solutions including Merchant Capital Advance, PCI Compliance, and Network Tokens.. . Conduct rate reviews, monitor revenue compression, and support pricing strategies.. . Collaborate on internal process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and sales effectiveness.. . Work cross-functionally with support, product, and business unit teams to align technical solutions with client needs.. . Take ownership of client retention initiatives within assigned portfolios.. . . Proven sales experience, ideally in payments or SaaS, with a strong track record in retention and cross-selling.. . In-depth knowledge of the payments industry and SaaS platforms, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and customer-facing presentation.. . High proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.. . Ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations based on KPIs and revenue trends.. . Strong attention to detail, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.. . Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field preferred.. .
