Accountabilities. . Lead the development of critical features for a cloud-native observability platform, with a focus on both frontend (Next.js) and backend (Express).. . Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems that process and analyze massive volumes of telemetry data.. . Engage directly with users and open-source contributors, gathering feedback and transforming insights into product improvements.. . Contribute to developer experience by building tools that make debugging and monitoring seamless and intuitive.. . Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with freedom to innovate and iterate rapidly.. . Participate in the evolution of the product roadmap and architecture, helping scale both infrastructure and user experience.. . . 7+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, ideally with a focus on developer platforms or observability tools.. . Strong proficiency in TypeScript, particularly using Next.js for frontend and Express for backend development.. . Solid knowledge of at least one frontend framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).. . Proficient in SQL and comfortable writing queries optimized for performance, ideally on columnar databases like ClickHouse.. . Experience working with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.. . Proven track record of contributing to or maintaining open-source projects and engaging with the developer community.. . Creative problem-solver with a bias for action and a passion for clean, efficient, and scalable code.. .
