Accountabilities. · Develop and maintain enterprise-level dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.. · Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support client insights, inquiries, and decision-making.. · Collaborate with data, engineering, and product teams to improve data quality and reduce exceptions.. · Define and optimize operational processes that scale analytics and reporting support.. · Partner with clinical, product, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights.. · Communicate complex data in a clear, visually compelling manner to internal and client stakeholders.. · Mentor junior team members and support distributed team collaboration.. · 7+ years of experience designing and programming BI solutions.. · Strong expertise in developing enterprise-class BI applications.. · Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Excel, ETL processes, and relational databases.. · Ability to analyze complex datasets and define key metrics.. · Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.. · Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field..
