Work closely with BCBAs to manage and optimize their caseloads to ensure billable hour targets are met. . Coordinate the assignment of new clients to BCBAs based on availability, location, and service needs. . Monitor the client waitlist and proactively move clients through the intake and assignment process. . Facilitate the transition of clients from waitlist to assessment and into active services. . Coordinate with BCBAs and internal teams to ensure assessments are scheduled and completed in a timely manner. . Track caseload capacity and identify opportunities to balance workloads across providers. . Maintain accurate records of client assignments, assessment status, and service start dates. . Communicate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients.. Previous experience in . case coordination, client services, scheduling, or healthcare administration. preferred. . Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. . Ability to coordinate schedules and balance caseloads effectively. . Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with clinical and administrative teams. . High attention to detail when managing client information and tracking processes. .
