Provide exceptional customer service support to clients in the energy sector via phone, email, and chat.. . Handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring all issues are resolved satisfactorily.. . Assist customers with understanding products and services related to the oil and gas industry.. . Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the customer service management system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline processes.. . Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or manager.. . Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company policies to provide accurate information.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the energy sector or related industries.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.. . Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.. . Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.. .
