Develop and grow the customer base by identifying new clients and expanding business with existing customers.. . Manage the entire sales process, including preparing and delivering quotations, negotiating prices, and ensuring contract compliance.. . Provide technical-commercial support to customers, addressing quality issues and assisting in product applications.. . Coordinate with global account managers (NAFTA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC) to align on customer strategies and ensure seamless collaboration.. . Ensure accurate order processing and payment collection, including verifying purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing SAP entries.. . Monitor sales targets and budgets, maintaining forecasts and ensuring alignment with business objectives.. . Qualifications. . Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.. . Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in engineering materials or a related industry.. . Strong knowledge of automotive specifications (preferred), with support from Engineering teams in the U.S. or Germany.. . Experience in technical sales or working with high-performance materials.. . Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems for managing customer data and sales activities.. . Fluent in Spanish and English (required).. . US visa (required). . Company Location: Mexico.
