We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to manage our email marketing campaigns and Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations. This unique hybrid role bridges digital marketing and analytics, ensuring effective audience engagement through email campaigns while delivering accurate tracking and insights across our digital platforms.. Key Responsibilities. Email Campaign Management. Develop, execute, and optimize **email marketing campaigns** to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.. Create and manage **email templates, landing pages, and automation workflows**.. Segment email lists and personalize campaigns based on audience behavior and demographics.. Conduct **A/B testing** to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.. Monitor deliverability, ensure compliance with **GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations**, and maintain list hygiene.. Google Tag Manager (GTM) & Analytics. Configure, implement, and manage Google Tag Manager tags, triggers, and variables.. Collaborate with marketing, product, and web development teams to set up accurate tracking of conversions, events, and user interactions.. Ensure seamless integration of GTM with **Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and other third-party tools**.. Troubleshoot and debug tracking issues across platforms.. Generate data-driven insights and reports to support campaign optimization and business decisions.. . Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field**.. . Proven experience in email campaign management (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar tools).. . Hands-on expertise with Google Tag Manager and strong understanding of GA4.. . Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization (a plus).. . Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.. . Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.. . Detail-oriented, with the ability to **balance creativity and technical precision.. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot CRM).. . Familiarity with paid media tracking (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Ads)..
