Manage the complete cycle of the hiring process (taking requirements from managers, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, etc.).. Solicit and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or using the most promising sourcing methods;. Coordinate with all parties involved in the talent acquisition process (managers, technical experts, etc.) during the selection process;. Provide a guidance role in the evaluation of candidates and provide recommendations for hiring;. Collaborate closely with the Culture and Talent team to ensure the quality of the candidate and employee experience;. Contribute to the definition, evolution and deployment of the employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team;. Monitor best practices in talent acquisition in order to improve recruitment and selection processes and tools;. Perform any other related tasks.. What you need to succeed:. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position;. Previous Experience recruiting and building a founding technical team at a startup. Knowledge of IT and software development;. Master the use of social media and the best sourcing techniques;. Fluency in English both written and spoken;. Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully solicit, convince and close successful hires;. Knowledge of an ATS system, we use Workable;. Knowledge of common job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.. Basic knowledge of HR will be considered an asset. Knowledge of the DFO tool will be considered an asset;.
