In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while providing outstanding service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.. Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance.. . Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.. . Document all interactions in the CRM system to ensure quality control and follow-up as necessary.. . Collaborate with colleagues to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.. . Stay informed about company policies, products, and services to provide comprehensive support to customers.. . Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop your skills and knowledge.. . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.. Experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.. Excellent communication skills with a dedicated customer-first mindset.. Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.. Proficient in CRM software and other standard office applications.. Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.. A strong desire to learn and grow within a customer-focused environment.. Able to come to Greece for the first 3 months. After that candidate is able to work remote.. Company Location: Thailand.
