The position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including government personnel, technical teams, and subcontractors, to achieve mission objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in C5ISR systems, Agile methodologies, and risk management, capable of coordinating international efforts while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.. . Accountabilities. As Program Manager, you will:. . Lead all aspects of program lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.. . Coordinate sustainment and modernization of C2SET systems, including software, models, algorithms, and interfaces.. . Provide guidance to technical teams, ensuring adherence to Agile development practices and DevSecOps standards.. . Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and cost management to maintain financial efficiency.. . Ensure compliance with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, cybersecurity directives, and regulatory requirements.. . Serve as the primary liaison between government PMs, technical teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.. . Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, implementing resolution strategies to ensure timely delivery.. . Prepare and deliver program status reports, metrics, and other required deliverables.. . Coordinate user training, fielding, and operational support, including occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel.. . . Candidates should have:. . Active Secret security clearance.. . At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years as a product or program manager for software development teams.. . Proven expertise in C5ISR Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and software development.. . Familiarity with joint operational training commitments and software sustainment practices.. .
