At Enroute, we are looking for a . Senior Data & Systems Analyst (AWS). with a strong . hybrid background in Data Engineering, Systems Analysis, and client advisory work. . This role requires a professional who can . design and build data pipelines. , understand system integrations end to end, and . act as a trusted technical advisor for the client. . You will work independently, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into scalable AWS-based data solutions.. This is . not a traditional Systems Analyst role. — hands-on AWS experience and pipeline development are mandatory.. Responsibilities. Design, build, and maintain . ETL/data pipelines on AWS. . . Work hands-on with . AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway. . . Understand business and system requirements and translate them into technical data solutions. . Act as a . technical advisor. to the client, explaining options, trade-offs, and recommendations. . Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous requirements and drive decisions. . Analyze data flows, integrations, and system interactions end to end. . Use . SQL. to validate data, analyze results, and support pipeline logic. . Troubleshoot data and integration issues across systems and AWS services. . Document data flows, transformations, business rules, and integration logic. . Work independently with minimal guidance, owning deliverables from analysis through implementation. . Participate actively in meetings, contributing ideas and recommendations.. ✅ . Must-Have. Proven hands-on experience with . AWS. , specifically: . AWS Glue. . Amazon S3. . AWS Lambda. . API Gateway. . Experience . building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines. (not only documenting them). . Strong . SQL. skills for data analysis and validation. . Experience working with . data integrations and distributed systems. . . Ability to act as a . consultant/advisor. , asking the right questions and guiding clients. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Ability to work . independently. , manage ambiguity, and take ownership. Experience working in . Agile environments. (Scrum or Kanban). . Ability to . communicate clearly in English (B2+/C1). with business and technical stakeholders. . Proven ability to work . independently and proactively. with minimal supervision.. Knowledge of . process modeling and data modeling. . . Working knowledge of . Python. for querying or data validation. . Experience with . data analysis or data mapping. (Excel, SQL tools, BI tools). . Ability to understand . system architecture diagrams. and technical documentation. . Experience using . Jira. or similar project management tools. . Basic knowledge of . Git / version control. . . Understanding of . SDLC processes. and secure data handling (PII).. ✨ . Nice to Have. Experience in . financial services or insurance. environments. .
