Build financial models and analysis across multiple business entities. . Support capital raising initiatives and investment decisions. . Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for portfolio company fundraising and new investment opportunities. . Portfolio Management & Operations. . Monitor and report on portfolio company performance. . Drive strategic planning and identify opportunities for value creation with management teams. . Implement operational improvements and technology solutions across portfolio companies. . Leadership & Development. . Build finance and operations functions as the organization scales. . Work closely with banking partners, lenders, and external advisors including legal, tax, and audit professionals. . Represent the company in external meetings and transactions. . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. . Minimum 3+ years of investment banking or private equity experience. . Experience with Confidential Investment Memorandums (CIMs) strongly preferred. . Desired Experience. . Operational experience in business improvement or corporate development. . Sales or business development experience. . Exposure to energy sector or oil & gas service companies. . Experience with technology implementation or process improvement initiatives. .
