Accountabilities. ·         Provide strategic leadership and oversight of AI programs at all academic levels.. ·         Design and regularly update curricula to align with industry trends and academic advancements.. ·         Recruit, develop, and manage faculty, promoting teaching excellence and ongoing professional growth.. ·         Ensure quality assurance, learning assessment, and continuous academic improvement.. ·         Collaborate with peers across disciplines to ensure curriculum integration and coherence.. ·         Coordinate course offerings, teaching assignments, and faculty workloads.. ·         Support student recruitment, advising, retention, and career development efforts.. ·         Build partnerships with industry and academic institutions to enhance program relevance and visibility.. ·         Represent the AI programs at internal and external events and contribute to school-wide strategic planning.. ·         Doctorate in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.. ·         Experience managing academic programs, ideally spanning multiple degree levels.. ·         Strong track record of teaching in higher education, with both online and on-campus modalities preferred.. ·         In-depth knowledge of current AI technologies, ethical considerations, and educational best practices.. ·         Proven leadership in faculty management and academic planning.. ·         Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.. ·         Experience working within multi-program academic environments.. ·         U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.. ·         AI or data science-related professional certifications are a plus..
