Troubleshoot user issues with account management, including profile setup, security settings, and content queries.. . Provide insights and guidance to users on best practices for using social media services effectively.. . Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.. . Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and user policies to provide relevant information.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.. . Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or social media sector.. .
