Utilize various channels to source and identify qualified candidates for diverse job openings. . Conduct initial screenings and interviews in Danish and English. . Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates. . Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs. . Maintain accurate records and databases of candidate information. . Support every stage of the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience. . Contribute innovative ideas to improve recruiting strategies. . . Fluency in both Danish and English is required. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. . Self-motivated and capable of contributing effectively as part of a team. . A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn is vital. . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are important for this role. . No previous recruitment experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided. .
