Strong experience with MySQL and MongoDB. . Hands-on experience with AWS and knowledge of cloud best practices. . Deep understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture. . Experience with Git, unit tests, and maintaining code quality. . Experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems. . Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. . Upper-Intermediate+ English level. . Strong ownership, motivation, and accountability. . Desirable:. . Hands-on experience with payroll or HR system development. . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker). . Develop, deploy, and maintain platform components in AWS. . Write high-quality, maintainable code and enforce coding standards across the team. . Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with the team on feature design, problem-solving, and best practices. .
