Head of Engineering. to lead a critical unit within the Endless Lifecycle Support product, consisting of approximately 15 talented engineers. This isn't just a management role, it's about being in the trenches, driving architectural excellence, and directly contributing to the code as we scale. You'll be the technical backbone and cultural champion for your team, guiding them through the exciting challenges of a fast-paced startup environment. It's also about being the technical architect, the primary problem-solver, and a direct contributor as we scale. . Lead a highly effective technical unit of about 20 engineers, balancing direct code contribution in Python (or full-stack development) with strategic oversight and mentorship.. . Champion Linux-first development and automation principles across all projects, ensuring our systems are robust, efficient, and scalable.. . Drive architectural strategy and implementation, building high-performance, automated solutions.. . Ensure the highest standards of code quality, system reliability, and operational efficiency for all deliverables.. .
