We are seeking a proactive and strategic Partnerships Manager to build, grow, and optimize high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, marketing, and product — identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and nurturing relationships that expand the company’s ecosystem.. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to unlock new distribution channels, co-marketing opportunities, and integrations that directly accelerate company growth.. Key Responsibilities:. . Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities (agencies, platforms, SaaS providers, affiliates, influencers, and enterprise accounts).. . Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, managing outreach, negotiations, and deal execution.. . Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that drive measurable growth (customer acquisition, revenue, or retention).. . Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns with partners.. . Work with product and development teams to support partner integrations and ensure smooth technical implementation.. . Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.. . Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and expand networks.. . . 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in SaaS or growth-stage tech companies.. . Proven success in building and scaling partnerships that generate tangible business impact.. . Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.. . Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to deliver results.. . Familiarity with marketing technology, SaaS ecosystems, and B2B growth strategies.. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.. . Nice to Have. . Experience in affiliate, channel, or platform partnerships.. . Existing network in the SaaS / martech ecosystem.. .
