As a Product Manager, you will lead the development of intelligent solutions that streamline trade fund planning, negotiation, and execution for enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between business needs and engineering execution. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, professional services, sales, and support teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. We’re seeking someone who thrives on solving complex problems, translating market signals into actionable product strategy, and driving alignment across stakeholders. . What will you do: . ·       Own the product strategy and roadmap for trade fund negotiation, remittance and budgeting capabilities within our SaaS platform.. ·       Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions.. ·       Translate complex B2B negotiation workflows into intuitive product features and user experiences.. ·       Engage with customers and partners to gather insights and validate product direction.. ·       Define and prioritize product requirements, manage the backlog, and drive Agile ceremonies.. ·       Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards related to trade fund management.. ·       Lead go-to-market planning and support enablement for new features and enhancements.. ·       Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product strategy.. ·       Some travel will be required. Essentials skills: . ·       5+ years of experience in Product Management. ·       Experience with retail, CPG, or B2B trade fund or promotion systems.. ·       Understanding of trade promotion management, fund allocation, and negotiation workflows.. ·       Strong analytical skills and familiarity with financial modeling and ROI analysis.. ·       Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across business and technical domains.. ·       Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).. ·       Excellent communication skills and customer empathy.. ·       Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud-native architectures..
