Have at least 3 years of experience as HR Business Partner and proven expertise in different HR areas (preferable with background in an HR generalist role, talent development and/or talent acquisition) - working not only with data, but with internal or external customers on a daily basis.. . Have strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in the areas of Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management.. . Have experience in working with people from different organizational levels: from individual contributors to senior management. . . Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. . Have a proactive approach, are responsive to challenges and continuously changing needs.. . Are relationship-based and know how to drive a well-networked, trusting and inclusive organization.. . Are analytical and solution-focused i.e. able to translate a data-driven strategy into action.. . Have a very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (C1+).. . Supporting managers and leaders in terms of people management (employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, succession planning, promotion and offboarding).. . Driving company-wide initiatives to enforce Netguru strategy (e.g. competency matrix creation, 360 feedback implementation, performance management ).. . Owning company-wide HR Processes (Engagement Surveys, Performance, and Pay Review).. . Owning salary ranges alignment to benchmarks and business needs. . Supporting Netgurals (managers and individual contributors) in your assigned business teams in various people management matters.. . Co-creating a Talent Strategy and implementing it in cooperation with the Head of Talent and business stakeholders.. . Developing people leadership standards and practices. . . Facilitating pay & performance review process and salary adjustments for the new employees, ensuring fair and unbiased decisions.. . Being a people processes guardian and working with data in order to recommend the best HR related solutions.. . Identifying weak areas in the company and drafting action plans.. . Supporting long-term strategies to develop and retain talent.. . Acting as an employee champion and change agent.. . Conducting market research and testing new approaches and best practices.. .
