In this role, you will:. . Own and optimize Salesforce business processes, maintaining current-state documentation for all relevant workflows.. . Lead enhancement strategy and execution, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and project lifecycle planning.. . Collaborate with product managers and business partners to identify opportunities that improve user experience, maturity, and adoption of Salesforce solutions.. . Support Agile development teams by translating business requirements into user stories, participating in Scrum ceremonies, and assisting in backlog management.. . Plan and execute user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver expected value.. . Bachelor’s degree in Business Process Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).. . Minimum of 7 years’ experience in product ownership, product management, or program management.. . At least 7 years’ experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM/SFA platforms.. . Experience using development and project management tools such as Atlassian or JIRA.. . Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and technical depth to develop clear requirements.. .
